Dr. Michael J Rutter is an ENT surgeon specializing in pediatric otolaryngology, with an emphasis on airway problems in children, adolescents, and young adults. He is a Professor in the Department of Pediatric Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. He is also the Director of Clinical Research in the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology, and the Director of the Aerodigestive Centre. His interests include tracheal reconstruction, and complex airway surgery. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in the management of pediatric aspiration, congenital tracheal stenosis, pediatric sleep apnea, adult airway disease, and complex airway disease.
