       Dr. Michael J Rutter is an ENT surgeon specializing in pediatric otolaryngology, with an emphasis on airway problems in children, adolescents, and young adults. He is a Professor in the Department of Pediatric Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. He is also the Director of Clinical Research in the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology, and the Director of the Aerodigestive Centre. His interests include tracheal reconstruction, and complex airway surgery. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in the management of pediatric aspiration, congenital tracheal stenosis, pediatric sleep apnea, adult airway disease, and complex airway disease. He has delivered guest lectures on these topics in various international conferences and workshops.He hasauthored over 80 peer-reviewed articles, over 30 book chapters, and holds 4 patents. He has received various reputed Awards from different distinguished International associations.Dr. Rutter is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, a member of the New Zealand Society of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery, the American Society for Pediatric Otolaryngology, the Society for Ear, Nose, and Throat Advances in Children, and the AmericanBronchoesophagology Association. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of the Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

       Professor, Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya. He has F.R.C.S (Edin), F.R.C.S (Glas), MS (ORL) – University of Malaya & Clinical Fellowship (Neurotology & Otology) from University of Toronto, Canada. He has trained many fellows in skull base surgeries so far. He has 33 publications with grants & about 250 other publications in reputed international journals. He is also a reviewer for many reputed journals. He has delivered 15 orations & Keynote Lectures, and he has been a speaker for about 700 conferences & workshops. He has about 60 awards to his credit. He is an adjunct professor to many institutions, and an external examiner for MS (ORL), fellowships and PhD students. He is a recipient of one of the highest civilian recognitions of Government of Malaysia: Dato’ (equivalent to the title “Sir” in U K).

He has triple FRCS-ENT - from London, Edinburgh & Glasgow. He has to his credits more than 75 publications in reputed international journals & is a reviewer for many reputed peer reviewed journals. He is a member of various facial plastic societies and trustee of FRCSIT, India. He has been guest faculty for more than 60 facial plastic conferences & workshops.

       Prof. Alwyn D’Souza is an internationally renowned Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He is the immediate Past President of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS.org) Past President of Facial Plastic Surgery UK (FPSUK.org).

He holds FRCS of England and Edinburgh and also dual certification by the European as well as the International Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Prof. D’Souza has published many research articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and has authored several textbook chapters. He is also the Editor-in-chief for the peer reviewed ‘Facial Plastic Surgery Journal’ by Thieme publishers. He is an invited speaker to both national and international conferences and is an examiner for postgraduate examinations both in ENT (otolaryngology) and Facial Plastic Surgery. He is the founder of London Medical Courses, which runs ENT courses for GP’s and facial plastic surgery courses for trainees and consultants. His fellowship programme provides super-specialist training in Facial Plastic Surgery to suitably qualified surgeons from around the world.
